In the past, we’ve looked at a couple of Mil-Spec Automotive models, but those were Hummer models. Turns out Mil-Spec Automotive doesn’t only dabble in the Hummer brand, as we’ve currently got a 2020 Ford F-150 pickup truck re-envisioned by the Michigan-based company for sale right here in North Miami Beach FL. The company takes well-known vehicles, like the Hummer H1 and Ford F-150, and rebuilds them with Military-grade parts and specifications.

What’s different in the Mil-Spec Automotive 2020 F-150?
A lot of hardcore enthusiasts weren’t happy with the powertrain of the second-generation Ford Raptor, so MSA has answered those enthusiasts’ wishes with this pickup truck. Built with a new 2020 Ford F-150 at its core, MSA replaces the powertrain with a 5.0L V8 engine and a 4×4 package. But that’s not all that the Mil-Spec team does to the Ford F-150. They even strip and replace the body panels with baja fenders that are much wider than those typically found on the Raptor. Other exterior upgrades include LED lighting, baja bumpers, Mil-Spec Branding and more.
On the inside of the truck, the F-150 is enhanced with leather upholstery, billet controls and badging, plus a Ford Performance Raptor steering wheel with magnesium paddle shifters. As for performance upgrades, the truck is also equipped with a new throttle body, intake and cat-back exhaust system with 93 octane tune. Optional features added to this pickup truck include LED KC Rally Lighting, a low-profile roof rack, a bed chase rack that holds a spare tire and Baja Suspension with Fox Racing shocks.
