Today we’re taking a look at a vehicle from a brand that is not necessarily known for building luxurious or exotic vehicles, as 2013 Nissan GT-R Premium. Nissan might generally create everyday vehicles for commercial consumers, but the GT-R is a prime example of its ability to create something out of the ordinary. We’ve even looked at one of these Nissan GT-R models in the past, but this one is a bit newer and thus has even more life ahead of it on the road.

Powered by a 3.8L twin-turbocharged V6 engine, the GT-R generates 545 horsepower alongside 463 pound-feet of torque. That kind of power enables the sedan to hit 60 miles per hour in just 2.9 seconds and run a quarter mile in 11.1 s, perhaps making it the fastest vehicle ever produced by the Nissan brand. Despite that high power, the GT-R still manages to achieve 16 miles per gallon through city streets and 23 mpg on the highway, neither of which are incredible but make the GT-R quite competitive in the sports car market.
Performance is further enhanced by features like Z-speed tires, an aerodynamic front underbody cover, a body-colored rear spoiler, a carbon fiber rear underbody diffuser, quad large-diameter exhaust tips, Bilstein Damptronic shock absorbers, a 6-speed manual dual-clutch paddle-shift transmission, Brembo disc brakes, and a Vehicle Dynamic Control system that enables the driver to select from different modes.
Of course, performance isn’t the only thing the GT-R has to offer. It’s packed with a host of features that have nothing to do with it at all, including a plethora of design cues that make the cabin more comfortable and sporty at the same time, and a number of connectivity features that make spending time in the car more enjoyable.
