2018 BMW 6 Series Gran Turismo Release Date

Earlier this month, BMW introduced an all-new vehicle that will be releasing at a later date this fall called the 2018 BMW 6 Series Gran Turismo. This sporty vehicle will only be available on the 640i xDrive platform, but will offer a gorgeous, sportier alternative to other 6 Series models. 640i xDrive GT Specs & Features

There are so many incredible specs, features and design cues in the all-new 2018 BMW 6 Series GT, we could make a whole month’s worth of blogs about them. But we wanted to focus simply on a few of the most important or exciting tidbits here to get you excited about the upcoming vehicle. Obviously when dealing with a sports car like this, the most interesting bit of information regards the vehicle’s powertrain.

The all-new 640i xDrive GT will be powered by a 3.0L TwinPower turbocharged V6 engine capable of doling out 335 horsepower alongside 332 pound-feet of torque and of hitting 60 miles per hour in just 5.1 seconds. If that kind of power isn’t enough to get you excited, you might be happy to know that the BMW 6 Series GT will also be packed full of great technologies and features like Apple CarPlay, a built in SIM card, navigation system, automatic parking and much more.
