A lot of people’s attentions are immediately drawn to the 911 when they think Porsche, but there are so many other great vehicles offered by the brand – and we don’t just mean the utility vehicles. For instance, if you want something with the high-performance pedigree of a Porsche in the package of a full-size luxury sedan… well, then there’s the Porsche Panamera in North Miami Beach FL.

While it might not have the overwhelming panache of the numerous 911 models out there, the Panamera is every bit as stylish and sophisticated, plus it packs a powerful punch all its own. First introduced back in 2009, the model is still turning heads as the flagship sedan of the Porsche brand, even more so after its 2017 redesign.

Different Panamera Models Available

While there might not be as many variations for the Panamera as there are in the 911 family, we still thought we’d highlight the different models available. There are currently eight different models in production, including the Panamera, the Panamera 4, Panamera 4 E-Hybrid, Panamera 4S, Panamera GTS, Panamera Turbo and Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid. There was also a Panamera 4S Diesel introduced in 2016, though it was discontinued the next year. Depending on which model you choose, you could be looking at a turbocharged V6, a twin-turbo V6, a twin-turbo V8 or a hybrid powertrain including one of the aforementioned.

In addition to these models, a 5-door liftback version of the sedan was introduced known as the Sport Turismo, available in the 4, 4S, GTS, Turbo, 4 E-Hybrid, and Turbo S E-Hybrid. There have been plenty of special edition models throughout the years, like the Platinum Edition back in 2012 or the Panamera Edition in 2015 – they probably could’ve come up with a more interesting name for that one.
