In many ways, at present it feels like Lamborghini has just always had a V10 and V12 option. The Huracan and Aventador have made such a good pair for so long that it just feels right, but in truth the former’s predecessor – the iconic Lamborghini Gallardo – was the brand’s first production model to be powered by a V10 engine. The Gallardo gave rise to the idea that Lamborghini models didn’t have to be equipped with a V12 and paved the way for the Huracan, but it’s an icon in its own right.
If you’ve been looking into getting a Lamborghini model of your own but for whatever reason aren’t interested in either the Aventador or Huracan, consider shopping for a used Lamborghini Gallardo in North Miami Beach FL. The icon was so popular that we still generally have a few models in stock.
The Gallardo graced the Lamborghini lineup for just over a decade, from the 2004-2014 model years. Through that time, a multitude of different models were introduced, as is standard with Lamborghini models (note that our current models, as of the time of this page’s writing, include things like the Performante, EVO and SVJ). A couple years after introduction the standard Coupe was updated slightly, but that was only the beginning.
In time, shoppers could also choose from the Spyder, the Superleggera, and a multitude of special and limited editions. To name a few: Spyder Performante, Gold Edition, Bicolore, Super Trofeo, Superleggera Nero Nemesis, Tricolore, Super Trofeo Stradale, Maylaysia Limited Edition, Indonesia Limited Edition, India Serie Speciale Edition and so on. While most of those special edition models are incredibly rare, the more generic models like the Coupe, Spyder and maybe even the Superleggera can still be found on today’s market, including in our inventory. So, give it a look and call us if you see something you like!
