The next step in the evolution of the Lamborghini Huracan has been introduced and it’s absolutely incredible. If you thought the step up from the Performante to the EVO was impressive, just wait until you get a glimpse at the Huracan STO. It will be one of the most stylish vehicles cruising the streets of North Miami Beach FL, but just as well-equipped to take on any track you take it to. That’s because it’s not just an Huracan, it’s a Huracan built for the road but homologated from the Super Trofeo EVO and GT3 EVO racecars. In other words, it’s basically a street-legal racecar.

Technical Specifications & Performance Times

Inspired by those two Huracan EVO racecars, this super sports car is powered by a 5.2L V10 engine capable of generating 640 horsepower alongside 417 pound-feet of torque. The drivetrain features a rear-wheel drive system, a mechanical self-locking differential and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission with ANIMA capabilities.
All of that power enables the Huracan STO – which stands for Super Trofeo Omologata – to provide some impressive performance. It’s capable of hitting a top speed of roughly 193 miles per hour. More impressively, perhaps, it can accelerate from 0-62 miles per hour in just 3 seconds flat, or from 0-124 mph in 9. On the flip side, its new Brembo CCM-R brakes enable it to come to a complete stop from a speed of 62 mph in 98.5 feet, or from 124 to 0 mph in less than 361 ft.
