Lamborghini Huracan EVO vs Ferrari F8 Tributo

When it comes to the supercar market, it’s more overflowing than you might think. While there aren’t as many physical representations of supercars on the roads as ordinary sedans or crossovers, there are still plenty of different options from which to choose. We wanted to show you exactly why we think our models are some of the best, so we thought we’d see just how well the Lamborghini Huracan EVO measures up to the Ferrari F8 Tributo.

This year marks the beginning of the Lamborghini Huracan model’s second generation, known as the Huracan EVO. The V10 stalwart received an exciting facelift and overhaul for the new model year, much like Ferrari is replacing the 488 GTB with the F8 Tributo for the new model year. Both of these incredibly young vehicles are exciting and alluring, but how do the compare?

Advantages of the Huracan EVO

The table up above takes a look at a few of the most important statistics to take into consideration while shopping in the supercar market: power ratings and performance numbers. Unfortunately for the Huracan EVO, its ratings don’t quite measure up to the F8 Tributo despite its overhaul. The Ferrari model generates an extra 80 horsepower and 125 pound-feet of torque more than the Lamborghini, which are both pretty big deficits.

However, the F8 Tributo doesn’t seem capable of capitalizing on those advantages, as the Huracan EVO can get from a complete stop up to 62 miles per hour in just as little time as it – 2.9 seconds. Its top speed isn’t quite as high as the F8 Tributo’s, but those extra 9 miles per hour shouldn’t make a huge difference.
