With the exception of the Cadillac Escalade, the Lincoln Navigator might be one of the most recognizable luxury SUVs on the market. The model has been around for more than two decades, as it was first introduced for the 1998 model year. It quickly nestled into its role as the brand’s flagship luxury SUV and has never looked back, undergoing several changes through the years such that it found itself entering its fourth generation back in 2018. Despite the fact that it was discontinued, we see the Lincoln Continental more often, but every once in a while, we see a used Lincoln Navigator pass through our inventory here in North Miami Beach FL.
There have been four generations of Lincoln Navigator through the two-plus decades it has been on the market. It’s most likely that you’ll find members of the fourth generation passing through our inventory, so we’ll focus on those models here today.
Starting with this generation back in 2018, the Navigator was offered in three different trim levels: Premiere, Select and Reserve. Premiere was the entry-level trim, with Select being a step up and then Reserve representing the top-of-the-line model. Regardless of trim level, the vehicle is powered by a 3.5L V6 engine capable of generating up to 450 horsepower alongside 500 pound-feet of torque, tethered to a 10-speed automatic transmission.
However, Lincoln also offers the Navigator as part of its Black Label series of vehicles. The Lincoln Navigator Black Label is available in three different configurations, which include Chalet, Destination and Yacht Club, each delivering its own themed design aesthetic.
As mentioned, we don’t always have Lincoln Navigator models available in our used inventory, but be sure to check if it’s what you’re interested in.
