<\/p>\nFor years, there have been rumors that Lamborghini \u2013 one of the most iconic exotic luxury brands on the globe \u2013 would be expanding its horizons into a new segment. In the 5+ decades Lamborghini has been around, they\u2019ve never made a 4-door vehicle, much less a utility vehicle. But the time for change has come, as the rumors of a Lamborghini SUV have finally been confirmed in the form of the 2018 Lamborghini Urus, and we expect it to be released in the Miami Beach area sometime in the next couple of years.<\/p>\n

There have been SUV and truck concepts in the past from Lamborghini, but none of them had the intended reactions. The Urus, however, has garnered plenty of attention since it was first introduced back in 2012. Now five years later, we\u2019ve gotten our first look at what it might actually look like, thanks to spy shots that caught a camouflaged vehicle with significant similarities to the concept images tearing up the N\u00fcrburgring in Germany.<\/p>\n
Obviously, at this point, we know very little confirmed<\/em> information about the 2018 Lamborghini Urus. In fact, it might not even be a 2018 model year. It could be a 2018 or a 2019, but we don\u2019t expect it to be held back any longer than next year. The only thing we really know for sure, is that the Lamborghini Urus will be a crossover designed to compete with high-end SUVs like the Porsche<\/a> Cayenne and Bentley<\/a> Bentayga.<\/p>\n We can make plenty of assumptions, like we expect the Urus to offer roughly 600 horsepower, hit 60 miles per hour in less than four seconds, and have a top seed in excess of 180 mph. But those are just guesses and hopes at this point.
