When is the 2023 Lotus Emira Coming?  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The 2023 Lotus Emira will arrive in two editions, namely, the First Edition and the Base Edition.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As its name suggests, the First Edition will be the first to arrive, arriving as early as spring 2022. The First Edition will be followed by the Base Edition, which should start arriving in the US dealerships in the spring of 2023.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2023 Lotus Base Edition Performance Highlights  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Emira is a true sports cat that builds on the legacy of some of the most iconic Lotus models from the past. Its exotic supercar looks are influenced by the upcoming Evija electric hypercar, and it comes with performance and features that deliver everyday usability and enhanced comfort combined with class-leading Lotus driving dynamics.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2023 Lotus Emira<\/a> will offer two gasoline powertrains built to deliver blistering performance and maximum thrills.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Emira First Edition will be powered by the much-loved and characterful 3.5-liter supercharged V6 tuned by Lotus to provide a unique and distinctive character for maximum driver engagement. This supercharged V6 makes 400 horsepower and 309 pound-feet of torque, and Lotus is targetting this engine to deliver 180 mph top speed and a 0-60 mph time of 4.3 seconds.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, the Base Edition, which arrives next year, will be powered by the world’s most powerful production 4-cylinder engine developed in conjunction with AMG. The Lotus-engineered 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder turbocharged unit tuned in-house by the hugely experienced Hethel engineers delivers a heart-pumping 176 mph top speed and a 0-60 mph time of 4.2 seconds.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
