More specifically, the BMW Isetta is able to generate a whopping 13 horsepower alongside 13.6 pound-feet of torque. It\u2019s still able to hit impressive speeds for such a low power output, but you won\u2019t be able to take this beauty on most modern highways, as it tops out at 53 miles per hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
