Technical Specifications & Performance Times<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When it comes to performance, the Type RA version of the 2018 WRX STI utilizes the same powertrain but with forged pistons to add 5 horsepower, increasing its total output to 310 hp. It\u2019s powered by a 2.5L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that\u2019s also capable of generating 290 pound-feet of torque. That kind of power enables the WRX STI to accelerate from a complete top up to 60 miles per hour in 5.2 seconds or to run the quarter mile in 13.6 s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Premium Features<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Compared to the ordinary WRX STI of that particular model year, the Type RA features 18\u201d gold forged wheels and a carbon fiber roof and rear wing, in addition to the forged pistons update. The special edition vehicle was only available in three colors, one of which was the black that this vehicle features. Other premium features found within the sports car include a trio of LCD monitors in the front, a harman\/kardon audio system, rocker panel extensions, tinted windows, power heated side mirrors, a pair of 12V DC power outlets, remote keyless entry, dual zone front automatic air conditioning and so much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
