While most people consider baseball or some other sport as America\u2019s favorite pastime, in our opinion going to the movies is the one thing just about everybody in the country enjoys. Especially when there are so many massive blockbusters like there have been already this year! If you\u2019re a particularly astute viewer, then you\u2019ve probably been able to pick out a number of Lamborghini vehicles in films throughout the years.<\/p>\n

Today, we thought we\u2019d highlight a few of the most important Lamborghinis of cinema, considering Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini just opened an exhibit at the Lamborghini Museum in Sant\u2019Agata Bolognese dedicated to that very thing. The exhibit features some of the most iconic film Lambo models ever to be seen on the silver screen, and we wish we could go take a stroll through the museum ourselves!<\/p>\n

The Dark Knight Trilogy<\/h3>\n

If you were able to visit the museum, then the first piece you\u2019d notice is the silver Aventador<\/a> driven by Bruce Wayne in Christopher Nolan\u2019s The Dark Knight Rises<\/em> (2012). While it\u2019s not on display in the museum, Wayne also drove a Murcielago LP 640 in the first two films of that trilogy: Batman Begins<\/em> (2005) and The Dark Knight<\/em> (2008).<\/p>\n

Marvel Cinematic Universe<\/h3>\n

On the other side of the comic book dichotomy, a certain member of the Marvel Cinematic Universe drove a Huracan Coupe<\/a> in his standalone film before appearing in Avengers: Infinity War<\/em> earlier this year. Doctor Strange, portrayed by Benedict Cumberbatch, drove a Grigio Lynx version of the vehicle before he ever mastered the mystic arts, and it appears in the museum as well.<\/p>\n

Other Film Lamborghinis<\/h3>\n

A number of other Lamborghinis have appeared on the silver screen and now call the museum home. Another big one is the orange Miura P400 that appeared in the original version of The Italian Job <\/em>(1969). The green Countach from 1981\u2019s The Cannonball Run<\/em>, the LM002 from Fast & Furious <\/em>(2009), the matte black Jalpa driven by Sly Stallone in Rocky IV<\/em> (1985), and more also appear in the museum!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
