Last month, Lotus<\/a> introduced the final evolution of the 3-Eleven, the 2019 430. The new holder of Lotus\u2019 quickest street-legal sports car designation, this incredible machine looks more like a Formula 1 racecar than a production model \u2013 and we love it! There will only be twenty of the vehicles produced worldwide, but we wanted to tackle some of the specs & features to show you just what Lotus is capable of creating.<\/p>\n

Performance<\/h3>\n

\"2019Powered by a supercharged 3.5L V6 engine, the 3-Eleven 430 generates \u2013 you guessed it \u2013 430 horsepower, as well as 325 pound-feet of torque. These numbers permit the final incarnation of the 3-Eleven to hit 60 miles per hour in just 3.1 seconds with a top speed of 179 miles per hour. The previous 3-Eleven model was only capable of hitting 174 miles per hour and took 3.3 seconds to get to 60 mph, so these are pretty substantial improvements.<\/p>\n

The new 3-Eleven 430 also benefits from a lightweight full-carbon bodywork, which is exposed on the flanks and offers greatly enhanced aerodynamics. Additionally, the model is equipped with higher performance brakes and Michelin Cup 2 Z-speed tires \u2013 18\u201d in front and 19\u201d in back \u2013 to enhance its performance even more.<\/p>\n
