Turns out, the vehicle does have a definition in most states, but believe it or not it varies. In some states, it\u2019s considered a three-wheel motorcycle. In others, a standard motorcycle, an autocycle, or an \u201cunconventional vehicle.\u201d That\u2019s our favorite. What\u2019s that even mean, \u201cunconventional vehicle?\u201d\u00a0 Whatever its classification and however you yourself want to identify it, this thing is a beautiful beast.<\/p>\n

With a futuristic style that makes it look like it could be the vehicular form of an Autobot, this Polaris is a blast to drive and you\u2019ll look awesome while doing it. Powered by a 2.4L 4-cylinder engine, the Slingshot is capable of doling out 173 horsepower alongside 166 pound-feet of torque. That\u2019s more power than a standard Honda Civic, and it weighs less than half as much. With a 5-speed manual transmission, ventilated disc brakes and several other performance features, it promises to deliver a blast every time you strike out on the road.<\/p>\n

To be a bit more specific, it\u2019s capable of hitting a top speed of 130 miles per hour, running a quarter-mile in 14.6 seconds at an average speed of 95 mph, and hitting 60 mph in just 5.8 seconds.
